Main-Floor Hardwood Installation in Mississauga
Worn carpet and laminate replaced with continuous engineered hardwood across the living, dining and hallway areas, with new baseboards to match.

The work
The brief
Three different floor finishes broke up an open main floor. The goal was one continuous surface that would stand up to kids and a dog.
The work
- Removed carpet, laminate and old baseboards
- Levelled low spots in the subfloor and secured squeaky areas
- Installed 7-inch wide-plank engineered oak, acclimatized on site
- Fitted flush stair nosing and seamless transitions to the kitchen tile
- Installed and painted new 5-inch baseboards and quarter round
The result
About 820 sq ft of uninterrupted flooring that visually enlarged the space, completed in six days.
