Basement Drywall & Finishing in Markham
An unfinished basement turned into a family room and home office with new drywall, a Level 4 finish, vinyl plank flooring and fresh paint.

The brief
The framing and electrical were already approved; the family needed a reliable team to close up the walls and finish the space quickly.
The work
- Hung moisture-resistant drywall on walls and ceilings, with access panels for valves
- Taped and finished to Level 4 for a smooth painted result
- Installed waterproof vinyl plank flooring over a vapour-barrier underlay
- Primed and painted walls, ceilings and trim
The result
Roughly 700 sq ft of comfortable, finished living space delivered in three weeks.
